1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the sales of products made on the website www.ethel-paris.com, operated by the company Ethel Paris registered with the RCS Paris 937 648 566 and whose registered office is located at 45 rue de Courcelles, 75008 Paris, France.

Any order placed on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.

However, the photographs and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a binding commitment on the part of the seller.

3. Price

The prices shown on the Site are expressed in euros, including all taxes (TTC).

The applicable delivery charges are specified during the ordering process.

Ethel reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Orders

The ordering process includes several steps:

1. Product selection
2. Shopping cart validation
3. Entry of personal and delivery information
4. Secure payment
5. Order confirmation by email

Ethel reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer, suspicion of fraud, or supply problems.

5. Payment

Payment is made by credit card, via a secure payment provider (Shopify Payments).

The order will only be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement from the bank payment center.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated when ordering and delivered within 2 to 4 working days after shipment.

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only; a delay will not give rise to any compensation.

In the event of loss or damage to the package, the customer must make any claim to the carrier and forward their claim to us.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation (articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code), the customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the products.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging.

Some personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

8. Returns and refunds

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Ethel will reimburse the returned products (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days after receipt and verification of their condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Legal Guarantees

Ethel products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

10. Responsibility

Ethel cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.

Ethel cannot be held responsible for any interruptions to the Site or the occurrence of bugs.

11. Personal data

The personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for processing and tracking the order. It is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Website.

12. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, photos, logos, graphics…) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Ethel.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
